  1. E.bayan what an amazing analysis of this very serious and complicated matter we are dicussing you just displayed with your last input(blalalalalalaalal). Be sure to make the same performance at your N400 interview or your coming up roc interview, good luck. I love you all guys but it helps to read the situation as it is and not get hopes up on no basis and excitment, also please try and be respectable of others, allow other opinios, when you inject your self in some ones opinion whos only writing to share whatever little information he or she might have, try not to blalalalalala to much, or begin your reply about something that was not meant for u only by saying the same( you are entiltled to your opinion and thats what this forum is about but we dont have to agree).that means that i am not entitled to my opinion. Thank you and good night

  2. Used to be their customers, we are no longer called customers, i dont know what they refer to us as now, didnt you hear about the new mession statement. See? Another immigration lawyer is expecting the same thing before she even got her client interview notice, now we suddenly smarter than those who do this 4a living. And by the way i also do not wish am right, i pray that i could be wrong. But the bet is still on, whos in, how much? 😉

  3. Tecarrol saw same exact info when he logged into his account on myaccount@uscis.gov. with one exception date 3 showed approval. Thats one of the reasons am thinking of that mass interviews, secondly dont forget that it shows case transfer to local office and that is almost a fact right now, and normally that means interview, thirdly what the lawyer said who i have been asking him about the recent drama for a week now, and i know that immigration lawyers are not prophets but at least they do this 4a living and some believe me are good ones, same as for every other profession, and lastly beyond the fact of the my oregin i see no other reason for interview, but when i started doing some research about a month before i filed in november

  4. Tecarrol saw same exact info as everyone else saw when he logged into his account on myaccount@uscis.gov. with one exception date 3 showed approval. Thats one of the reasons am thinking of that mass interviews, secondly dont forget that it shows case transfer to local office and that is almost a fact right now, and normally that means interview, thirdly what the lawyer said who i have been asking him about the recent drama for a week now, and i know that immigration lawyers are not prophets but at least they do this 4a living and some believe me are good ones, same as for every other profession, and lastly beyond the fact of  my oregin i see no other reason for interview, but when i started doing some research about a month before i filed in november i come to realize that processing times are so long, and that our cases dont get even looked at beyond the first time when they recieve it to determine weather to accept it or not, then it doesnt get processed and stays on the shelf until its ur turn, so am a believer that you could get an interview notice after waiting 2 years at csc, meaning my case is not the odd one that got picked up, hence they dont operate that way

  5. Wow, guys calm down. Am not trying to piss anyone, neither am i saying i know whats happening, i said its a guess, not just based on what i heared from my lawyer who knows more than we all do believe me. But based on everything else ive learned here as well. And as i was guessing, the only thing with high degree of confidence is that we all will get notices, i already got mine and am in no stress whatsoever even if i get denied. Was just trying to put out some thoughts but it looks like lots of people here on edge and under a lot of stress, i wish everybody will get an approval notice with a fee refund, and no rfe or interviews at all, from the bottom of my heart, and wish you all the best of luck

  6. So what do you think those notices that uscis sent to almost everybody whos case was transfered contain? Do you actually mean that the majority of them could be approval notices?. That also could be true, although i'll stand by my informed guess. But one thing for sure they will all recieve something. So that shows that it can't possibly be a glitch and that they are working on the cases.

  7. Who wants to bet that in the next 3days or so a ton of people will recieve interview notices in the mail? And perhaps a couple of rfe or even approvals but only a couple. I have at least 4 or more solid reasons why am saying that. One is that when every body goes to myaccount@uscis and signs in they all see that within excatly amonth from date when case recieved if you dont recieve the notice we mailed  you should inquire, what does that tell you?, oh and tecarrol who got approved said something different, march 1 approval. So what am saying is they all were sent a notice, it doesnt show approval, same as it shows when i checked my case, difference is my lawyers office recieved interview notice because his office is a 100 yard from local office, i still havent recieved my copy.

  8. We shall see, my lawyer seems confident about he said, he said interviews are normal procedures now, well i guess will find out like shell said in a couple of weeks, the reason why i believe him is because i did submit everything possible, shared banking statements, credit cards, utility bills, house hold, insurances, family pics, both hers and mine, 5trips over sees together, taxes, and tons of other proofs, we been married for 4years, has nothing to do with asylem, refugee or work permits

  9. November 2017. I disagree with you, if its a new policy then they already have the solution to this situation, my local office is chicago and they are so busy, they are running 11months on n400. Yet my notice arrived to my lawyer yesterday and my interview is in 2weeks, and based on good evidence i shouldnt be called for interview and thats why i asked my lawyer about why he thought i was sheduled for interview, this mass transfer could be to clear the backlog at cervice centres but it could also mean mass interviews

  10. My lawyer recieved an interview notice yesterday, i asked him about the reason why based on his experience,( and hes a good lawyer). Today he emailed me back saying that he just had a chat with an immigration officer today, i guess at an interview or something, and was told that its a new requirements for all applicants or at least most who file any type of case concerning green cards will have to be interviwed. I guess thats why i recieved my interview notice yesterday, and thats why i and so many others when we check our case status on the other website it does mention that if you dont recieve the notice within a month contact us, that might confirm that lots of interview notices are in the mail. Am csc november fiker
