  1. we applied in egypt and we transferred our case to saudi arabia because we are living here now.

the embassy here asked us to apply again because it isnt clearly approved so we had to reaplly and they will send the case to the USCIS to get the confirmation of the approval although we called the Department of State and they said that it is approved ,that was five months ago , now everytime we contact them they say that it is under process here in saudi arabia and they didnt send it yet to the USCIS .

i dont actually what to do to move the case through.

im sure even we waited for another year they willnot do anything in the case

    any advice is appreciated

  2. I just called them and they said that the I-130 is already approved and they sent it to Riyadh as i asked for that.

but they are wondering why the embassy in cairo sent it to NVC as it doesnt need to be sent there and they said that they are going to call me to inform me about the reasons and where is the case exactly right now.

so what so u suggest me to do ?

i appreciate all your responds guys

    Thanks

the us embassy in cairo told me that:

The case is currently pending receipt of the following documents:

    2. Photocopy of applicants’ birth certificate (the original to be submitted on the appointment date)

    3. Original police certificate from every country where the applicant has lived for more than 6 months since the age of 16 (not all are obtainable or required; call us at 02797-2201 for further information)

    4. An Affidavit of Support (Form I-864ez) signed by the petitioner

    5. Sponsor’s last year of federal income taxes (form 1040 only) for 2006.

    6. Medical exam from applicant list attached

    7. Application form (DS-230, part I and part II) link attached

    8. 2 photos of the applicant on a white background (frontal face view).

Once we receive the required documents, we will schedule his appointment on the first available slot.

so now we sent them to inquire about this but no answer
