Yes, i have called and spoken to Tier 2 office, I got a response back from them via email saying that if I don't hear from them in 120 days, to call back. I just contacted my Congressman office and they are reaching out to them as well. I am waiting to hear back from them. I will call them again and set up an info pass appt as well to see what going on. I don't know if they lost my file or what. People who have applied after me have gotten approved but nothing for me yet. My filing date was Dec 19th, 2016. They have approved cases from July 2017.
