My husband and I are getting ready to start his n400. We had a fiancé visa but we have now been married for six years. Should we still file under the three years married to U.S. citizen or five years permanent resident? I'm sorry if this is a silly question. Thanks!!

After a long period with 0 touches (the last and first one was the 1st of august when i registered online)

i just got the 2 CRIS email for AP (approval notice sent) and EAD (card production ordered).

Can't wait to see it in real !

Oh! and i want to add.... if the folks at uscis feel like transferring my file to csc ... please feel free since you are in the file !

I know they mean nothing but I was wondering if anyone else was getting a touch everyday? For the past week my husband's case has had a touch everyday. .. just curious. . .

I bet your adjudicator is a little guy and he uses your file to prop himself up in the chair so he can see his desk better. He has to scan it every day.

That's what I was wondering too. . .maybe s/he needs a coaster for coffee and what better coaster than my husband's case. . . haha

My hubby's EAD card arrived in the mail today. That couldn't have been more perfect timing. . . he was offered a job this morning! Yay!

Tomorrow we go to the DMV to surrender the license from Honduras and get a Texas driver's license. ..he is so excited!

My husband's AP showed up in the mail yesterday. It was dated the same day as the approval for his EAD. We haven't ever been able to view his AP case online. . ..we're hoping his EAD shows up this week--he's getting so ansy.. ..

its too bad..i've been checking2x and checking to view my case but i cannot view the 131 and 765 but my 485 i can...

Only two of my husbands cases can be viewed online. I keep trying daily to see if the third is up but no. ..I think the internet posting of cases is a ####### shoot. ..

My husband had his biometrics appt Tuesday. It went fast and painless. On an interesting note, the man that took his fingerprints told him and the man before him that about 60 percent or so that come through that specific office were receiving greencards withing three weeks. .. .

You got it right obsessive compulsive disorder. . . for me, waiting and not knowing enhances it and makes me sit at the computer and log on to the uscis site every five minutes. . . haha
