USCIS.Gov has posted my AOS status as "As of January 27, 2020, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number*********, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice." My field office is Dallas with the longest AOS processing time. Should I begin to prepare for an interview in the next month or be prepared to be placed in a long que line to wait for 9-10 months?

I did not check the box "yes". I filed for a 129F 18 years ago and forgot. I needed to change and check box yes and add her name. Nothing else is remembered.
Thanks for the info

I submitted a previous Form 129F but is was 19 years ago. I recently submitted and new 129F. Because I did not have any information on the past beneficiary. I answered NO. Does Immigration keep current records 19 years old? Do I need to correct my application, check yes but give no dates of file information?

My fiance is Ukrainian. In Ukraine their Ukraine documents include a "Patronymic" name but the Patronymic name is not included on their passport. When completing my documents for a k-1 visa (I-129 and G-325) do I include the patronymic name as a middle name, first name or not at all?

My wife and I were finally approved but the US postal disservice lost iour conditional green card. I filed a I 90 online for a replacement but am reading that since she is CONDITIONAL permanent resident, she should not use the I-90. What form is required to replace a conditional permanent resident card never received?
