Hi everyone,
Unfortunately I'm experience delay in EAD expedition as well. My position start date is 6/25, so it’s very soon already! I called USCIS to ask about my case on June 7, was transferred to a tier 2, then automated system scheduled me for a return of phone call, but they never called me back...
Here is my timeline:
05/24: expedite requested by phone for reasons: severe financial loss to person and nonprofit organization
06/01: Congress representative sent supporting documents to CIS on my behalf
How long yall think it’s going to take? So anxious! There are lives needed to be saved in the hospital...
Cheers!

Hi everyone!
So glad to find y'all! I am a Jan filer as well! I sent out mine (130/485/765/131/693/864) from Seattle, WA on 01/19/2018 by Fedex and was delivered on 01/23/2018.
It seems that, on average, it takes about 10-12 days to receive NOA through mail, so I hope we can get them in our mailbox by the end of this week or early next week! So anxious! *Group hugs*

Hi everyone,
Congrats on your process being carried forward! Meanwhile, I'd like to see if any of you expedited I-765 recently and got approved. Can you share your timeline with me? Thank you in advance!
Unfortunately I'm experiencing delay in EAD expedition. My job position start date was 6/25, but they pushed it to 07/09 due to my EAD delay.
Here is my timeline:
01/29: USCIS all NOAs were received
02/15: RFE
03/21: Response to RFE received, case was resumed
05/24: expedite requested by phone for reasons: severe financial loss to person and nonprofit organization
06/01: Congress representative sent supporting documents to CIS on my behalf
06/11:Congress representative received generic response
Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent's immigration matter. This case will be routed for expedited processing. Once this case is reviewed, your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action. Due to the extremely high volume of expedite requests for this case type, there are numerous cases involving exigent or humanitarian issues already in the expedite queue, and we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the expedited review. The strict enforcement of the expedite criteria means that all cases sent for expeditious handling are urgent, and we assure you that this case will be adjudicated as soon as possible.
Since 06/07: I called USCIS 3 times, transferred to Tier II 3 times, but automated system put me on hold but never received a call back. If you can share your expedite timeline, it will be great. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Nate
