First it said that "we need more information" now it says "Request for Initial Evidence Was Mailed" does that mean that someone is working on my RFE Now.

Found out today my RFE waswas for a missing photo. Glad it's just that.

Hello everyone - I also posted this in the Texas Service Center Forum.  I filed my wife's and step daughters petitions in January.  Received confirmation of receipt January 8, 2018 - Texas Service Center.  on April 19, 2018 - received email - stating an update has been made to my case.  I used the link and created a new profile on the new USCIS website - both cases have been approved on 4/19!  Under each case (i received a different SRC# for wife and daughter) - it states I will recieve a letter in the mail by May 18 for next steps for NVC.  

 

I'm a little skeptical to say the least!  approved thru Texas in a little over 3 months??

Wow congrats that's awesome.  Mines Jan 9th. Hope I'll see something in the next few weeks or months.

Well just hope we start getting approvals July. I so can't wait to be reunited.
