I have a question my spouse and I had a terrible fight and I ended up submitting a letter to withdraw my petition. Believe it or not we are at stage 6 of NVC process.  I know really dumb!!! But now i regret sending the letter and have learned that the withdrawal may not be retracted.  My question is, The USCIS has not yet received the letter. And i was wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for them to actually accept the withdrwal.  I mean we are probably 6 weeks out from visa in hand.  All fees are paid. Do we just continue and hope that we get everyhting done before USCIS puts in the letter?
