My husband is a Mexican citizen, we have our Appointment in Ciudad Juarez end of February.
How do we obtain his police report from Mexico? I have tried to contact the consulate office but no help there.

No it’s not a tourist Visa, per his paperwork for NVC the police report is required. No he’s never been in trouble.
