hello everyone , my wife called the nvc last thursday and they told her that her parents have an interview date for the 28th of next month finally
my question is when you think we will get the email with the information of the interview so we can schedule our asc fingerprint appointment do they sent this fairly quikly ???
this is for cdj you think after the medical will they get approved without any problems??? they never been here and they are in ther early 50s

hello again everyone.
have more questions we are ready to file for my wifes parents for the first step the I-130.
number 1. can i send only one package for both of her parents meaning i will be filing an I-130 for each one and also i will be sending 2 checks and also my wifes copy of her citizenship, copy of each birth certificate, copy of my wifes birth certificate, copy of wifes marriage certificate.
#2 do i need to translate all of this copies for this step???? and notarized them????

more questions again my wife just became an american citizen and we are ready to petition her parents to immigrate but i just have some questions about the filing fees
so first is 420 for each for the i 130
then 330 for each for the visa price plus the 156 dollars for botht for medical???
what other feesare involved in this any other ones????

Hello just writing my wifes interview experience at omaha we arrived 40 min early and we gave an officer the letter she was supposed to have the interview at 915 but she was called an hour late. She got in the office and she performed all the under oath stuff she was question 1 who was the chief justice of the usa 2.what month do we vote for president 3. The she read who was george Washington. And then she wrote Washington was the first president before that they went truogh the n 400 he congratulate her and asked her if she was available for an oath ceremony today so we have it at 2 thanks everyone

At this point - there isn't much to worry about. As long as you passed and got approved for ROC, then the toughest is behind you now.
Here are answers to your questions.
1. As long as the tax returns show married filing jointly/separately - then that's all they care about. They want to see proof that you are still married to the same USC and still living together... other than that how much you earned and how much your wife earned is information of no use to them.
2. Submitting your daughter's b-cert will only solidify your marriage and your petition to become a citizen.
Please read this guide which will explain to you all the things you need to know, in addition, it will provide you with a guide and a list of items to submit when applying for naturalization - an extremely helpful guide.
