My coworker got his done pretty fast (Fingerprint Dec 2016, Interview April 2017).

I got my fingerprint done Dec 2017 and still waiting. Called 800 numbers to see if they can see something that I cant see on my side.

But she said it looks like it's processing but no update and don't need anything from me at this time, just wait and check online every other week. 

Is IOE works same as online applicants? I applied with papers but got IOE. Not sure if that helps my case at all.

Also, my ECD shows says 8M, Nov 2018. Is that from fingerprint or from submission date? I assume it's not accurate..

How accurate is it tho? I heard that since it's an old website, its not that accurate.. I hope not!

I sent out on the end of November and its showing mine will be done in November 2018. Which is a lot longer than what it says on USCIS processing time for San Diego Office. (8M on that website).
