We called nvc today and looks like they generated a checklist.

Iam having question, can we send missing document with original checklist.

since we already sended all other docs , we will just put enclosed in the missing docs enclosed. what should be other documents entry which we already sended. they should be N/A ?

Sure our timeline is 

I130 approved on Dec 2015

USCIS Took time to sent to NVC NVC got in may, 2016

Submitted Civil documents in Oct, 2017

Sent to Supervisor Review on 9th Jan, 2018

Yesterday called and talked to Supervisor told its in Administrative Processing and he cannot review it till its out of it.

Really puzzled and sad.

Our civil documents and packet sent to NVC in Oct after 11 weeks we get to know application is in supervisor review. We called today and get to talk to a supervisor he said our case is in administrative processing and it can take any long and he is not sure how much time its will take. We are very tensed. Has anybody faced this with NVC review process application going to admin processing.
