I saw  on i 94 CBP page that as an GC holder I no need I94 record !!!

I was away from US.

I applied to SSA Manassas office on june 2017 for a ssn and nothing for now. I'm a gc holder.In my self check SAVE appear that "case returned to agency". On december I visited the office and they saw me that is an error in database SSA against USCIS. What shoud I do ? Heeelp !
