hi guys

as u can see on my signature, they've been touching my AOS 3x already but I dont get any emails. now, what worries me is they just keep touching it! how many touches before they let me know that i have an interview or case transfer? maybe another RFE? hope not!!!!

LUD = Last Updated, i.e. what we call a "touch" here.

To the OP, yes this happens often. I believe it may be due to them moving your case to the "dungeon". Think the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Out of curiosity, I checked my online status and saw that i had an LUD on 4/28/07. I received my card on 2/1/07. Just curious if anyone else got LUD's after they receive the physical card.

Thank you for your reply. i will put my timeline soon. I have an interview scheduled for 1/23/07. I send all the required documents you mentioned so I am curious to see what they want more.

Did you use lawyer? i never recieved my RFE only my lawyer did.

Has anyone else recieved RFE for I-765. Today i recieved an email requesting for more evidence or information. I have to wait for mail to see what else they are asking for so I am out of luck for 90 days from ND now. It will be 84th day today since my ND and i was looking forward to getting EAD.

Hi, I have a question for people who filed AOS with a lawyer. Is the interview letter mailed out just to the lawyer or both? The reason I am asking is I never received RFE letter and it only went to my lawyer. She sat on it for 3 weeks before I called her to check on it. I want to be on top of it now. I know they dont send out an email for it.

RFE email back from USCIS stating they received it : 11/15/06

I-485 - 9/27/06, 10/10/06, 11/16/06, 11/17/06, 11/20/06

I-765 - 10/10/06

I am in same boat Shoe.... just out of curiousity, when someone has a lawyer, does USCIS send RFE to the lawyer only. I never received mine. My lawyer got the RFE and sat on it for 4 weeks. I called her furious after checking my status online. I think most lawyers takes too many cases than they can handle in timely manner.

Hello everyone,

I was just inquiring if anyone knows that USCIS send email notification regarding interview notice or only snail mail. I am having trouble getting snail mail from them in time. The RFE letter took 43 days to get to me. I was just concern cuz email gets within a day. Thank you for the help.
