I’m sorry for your loss.
It will change to a waiver petition due to
death of your spouse. In addition to the evidence you already submitted, gather continuance of that up until her death, and you will also need her death certificate.
Also to note: you will no longer qualify for citizenship at 3 years, but rather the 5 year rule.
Again, my condolences.
Thanks for the condolence
Do i need to call USCIS and inform them about this?

Because it’s not a priority. You are already here. You’re already a resident. The service centers can only process some many things each day. Priority is given to visa petitions to reunite families. I’m sure you would rather have a fast K-1 process and a slow ROC process than a slow K-1 process and fast ROC process.
I really do appreciate everyone that helped me in acquiring some facts i never knew thank you guys it really helped

Oh wow that takes a long time , do u know why it takes so long ?
How long did it take to get the extension letter and how long does the biometrics take in case i need one again cause i already got a biometric for the 2 years conditional
The reason is that i will be traveling back home in Dec and will be staying from a month or 2 so if u can take me through what i should be expecting since u already there

Haha! Yes, definitely it will take longer.
Currently it takes anywhere from 12 to 14 months to remove conditions. You'll get extension letter proving your legal status in the meantime.

When you submit your ROC application they will provide you a letter extending your GC validity for 1 year. You will travel with boththe letter and the expired GC
How long does it take to get the extending letter ??
