Hi , how much money do i need to show in my bank account for affidavit of support for bringing my wife here. I don't have any tax returns. we r family of two. thank you for your help.

Hi, I 'm a citizen and I applied for my wife 6 years ago but after 3 months through processing the I-130 application due to passing of my grandfather and having to deal with inheritance issues I ended up moving to iran. Since I knew it would be few years before I can completely move back, I called ucsis and explained the situation and they said if I don't want to go through with the process simply don't respond to future letters and your case will be closed. 

Now I want to get prepare for moving back and bring my wife with me. Do I simply fill out another I-130 form? would there be any comlication down the road with this second filling which would require an attorney's guidance? thanks for any help you  can give me.
