what if the US filipino petitioner was married here in the Philippines before but divorced in the US since both of his ex-wife are now US citizen thru naturalization.. do i still need a CENOMAR for him or the CEMAR (Marriage Certificate) to bring on my interview? pls helo..thank you.

does the USEM still need my petitioner's CENOMAR here in PI because he was born and married here once, i already had his divorce decree.... pls help.

I believe it should be fine, just make sure you report/update your change of address through USCIS.gov website.

i just wanna to ask if it is possible to file my AOS in Hawaii even though we file our K1 visa petition in California? It's just that my husband want us to leave in Hawaii for good..thank you!
