Yes, that means as of Oct 31st they are processing petitions from June 1st. I have found that they are absolutely horrible with updating the list. They say that they update every month around the 15th but it’s far from accurate. I received my NOA1 on July 5th and still have not heard anything. I was hoping by extrapolating the dates that they would have been processing mine in November, but no such luck. I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say this process is extremely frustrating.
