    we finally received the green card for my husband 

    all conditions removed, but apparently his birth yr typed in incorrectly 

    we were advised to fill out I-90

    well i-90 form on uscis is expired as of 

    7/31/2019

    i checked again today 08/06 updated form still . hasn't been updated

    i called USCIS customer service and they said it is the right form even though it shows expired they go by the publish date !

    they advised me that i can still fill it out !!?

    i mean have anybody gone through this ?

    filed I-751 about 8 month ago went through finger print received the NOA so now we waiting on actual green card, but

     unfortunately my husband was involved in a severe accident while he was using his job's van, 

    when police arrived he couldn't find his wallet therefore received a ticket for not having his license , 

    however after this whole incident doctors appointment etc we compeletely forgot about the ticket and didn't show up to court,

    so today he was pulled over and arrested (for NO SHOW), I bailed him out same day.

    NOW should I call USCIS and let them know, how would this effect the whole application ?

    I called couple lawyers they said it shouldn't effect his application but I am honestly so terrified after all it will go towards him as criminal record

    during 2yr conditional time my husband opened a business... should i show it as an evidence ?

    my husband opened a business during the 2 yr conditional time, the business address is under the same address as we live, should i send it in as another support document?! 

    im just afraid that they we'll cause issues with more supporting info about the business and why he would open a business without the actual 10yr green card ...
