I've submitted W-2 for my joint sponsor, but the NVC asking for 1099.

My joint sponsor has a job. He doesn’t own any business.

What should  I do?.

 In the bottom of the notice it says Texas service center? Does it mean it will be processing there?

Hello, I was filling i l-130 for my spouse, for additional evidence it's asking for religious records, school records, census records, affidavit and dna test result. 
What documents do I give? 

Is it asking for my documents? Or spouse's?

Can I use my sister's credit card, who lives in the US?

Need some clarification, for applying online.

1. Do I need to submit  translated marriage certificate and does it have a seperate section to attach the file?

2. Do I need to upload passport size photographs of beneficiary and also my photograph with signature?

1. Can someone apply online  while being abroad?

2. If yes, can the person  use the credit card of the foreign country for the payment? 

3. How would be signature taken in the online form? 

4. One last question, is there any other form that needs to be filled beside the online I-130 form for spousal visa?

Hey guys, 

I had my interview on July 16. I was in line for oath since July 18. 

Today morning, my case status changed and informed that they have mailed my notice, if I don't receive it by August 31, then contact them. 

The dates for Oaths are August 23, and the next one is september 18. 

So, which one will I be on?
