My friend will send an invitation letter to me to visit her in USA, but she don't know from where can she make it? and this invitation letter must be notarized by notary public in immigration office.
I mean after she write an invitation letter, she must be go to immigration office to notarize it from notary public to appear the seal of immigration office on it, then she go to Governor of state where she live to signature and notarize the invitation letter then she send to me through USA embassy where country I live.
From where can my friend make invitation letter? and this invitation letter must be notarized by notary in immigration office?
