    Making sure of the case number

    in Diversity Lottery Visas

    Hi, everybody!

    I know that my "case number" must be below the cut-off number for my region/country to be notified for an interview. My question is: The case number is in the following format: Year Letters Zeros "Numbers", those numbers reflect that "case number" they always refer to, right? I mean, those numbers form the number that must be below the cut-off number, is that right?
