i called the 800 number and they transferred me to a tier 2 officer since they weren't able to give me a timeline for cases at local offices and he told me by when i should her something 

Case APPROVED no alert but looked it up on the website😁

I know I told him that where in Dallas Texas  he said his longest turn around has been two weeks a few 30 days but those went in for a second interview

Maybe it based on how much evidence you take 

I have previous leases and during the wait our baby was born

so hopefully everything goes well

We have ours tomorrow (I-130 pre-interview) from what our attorney told us yesterday hes had a few interviews with this officer and usually within a week he has an answer

Still at local office from what they tell me there working on July and August cases as of last month, but when I called the officer was real helpful he told me i was 56 days and counting for response so that put me at hopefully hearing something by July 27th

yes 3 times in one day the gave me a referral # because they sent a request on an update on my case since it has been with an officer being reviewed since Jan 30

True I called Monday morning where suppose to call back in 223 minutes that became Thursday with 3 calls from them one in the morning lunch time and in the evening end result they sent a update request and gave me a ref# see where that gets me

ON that app mine went from received at local office jan 18 back to same message like yours with my pd date so I guess it just means they are reviewing it or really hope its approved and in the mail since a few people have experienced no update online  and get approval in the mail 

So maybe its just cause they are actually working on it call 1800 number  this morning and they said it was in transit what does that mean she couldnt tell me

My hisband case was transferred there January 18 hes in detention but thw supposively ordered an expedite in November 

just got off the phone with tier 2 officer and he informed me that Dallas local office is working on i-130 for the month of April

YES JUDGE ORDERED EXPEDITE IN NOV BUT JUST LAST MONTH THE APPLICATION ARRIVED TO THE LOCAL OFFICE 

BUT I DO REMEMBER MY ATTORNEY STATING THEY HAD CALLED IN BEG OF DECEMBER ASKING FOR PROOF THAT I-130

WAS SUBMITTED (MY WORLD COLLAPSED THEY LOST I THOUGHT)

WENT TO INFOPASS TUESDAY AND SAID IT WAS LOOKED AT ON THE JAN 30(GOOD WHAT DOES THAT MEAN STILL WONDERING THEY COULD TELL ME)

my lawyer said it takes about a month after local office receiving and at court on last week the (ice representative) said dallas office is one of the fastest will see 

just left msg to my attorney to see if he has heard anything and if not if its ok to do an infopass since they have no number for me to harass them at

OK SO I JUST CALLED USCIS OFFICE IM IMPATIENT ON MY MAIL BUT SHE JUST INFORMED ME THEY DIDNT SEND ANYTHING THRU THE MAIL INFORMING OF THE TRANSFER

NOT HAPPY WITH THAT RESPOND NOW WAITING TO SPEAK TO A TIER 2
