The funniest thing I observed is when they keep shouting that cell phone is not allowed inside, and they offer to keep the cell phone to them and claim it after interview
I bet the cell phone wont stay a minute in their hands!
Did you know that you have to pay Php150.00 for them to keep your cellphone for you? So think about it... you've lost your precious phone amounting to Php20,000.00 plus the Php150.00.
If I'll be in a situation where I got my phone and had to dispose it just so I could get inside USEM, I'd rather secretly hide it in bushes at USEM's and then get it back afterwards than hand it to whoever wants to "keep" it for me. HA! FAT CHANCE if you'll ever find that person again.--Mae

I am waiting on an approval noication from uscis I would like to know from someone who submitted the 129f to the California Service Ceter how long it took for ucis to notify of approved application status, then forward from NVC, and then how long before Interview notification.
Honestly I filed my paperwork in April of this year and with the help of my Congressman, he has told us that my fiance's paperwork should be processed within a few weeks..and from my understanding it takes anywhere from a month to a month a half to get the interview,, good luck with urs as I am in the same boat as you...

I've been looking for ways to to keep myself occupied while waiting for my petition to be processed, so I compiled this list of I-129F VSC filers with NOA1s waiting for NOA2s. The data is from the VJ.com timelines, and specifically from the reports available on the timelines. The number I have listed to the left of names is simply the sort order based on NOA1 date.
Obviously, we have no idea what order VSC will process NOA2s (once they start processing them for us again) but its something to help pass the time.

Hey Guys
I'm a little worried-impatient because we sent all our documents in the month on May they got them on May 31st , I went for my biometrics appointment and still waiting to get a letter or something I keep checking the USCIS web site and nothing 've changed, is it normal to wait this long???

Hey Vi, my name is John and i am like u anxiously waiting word...i took my biometrics on July 14, and still waiting word..my congress man told me up to 5-months to get my fiance's visa approved and I got that word in June so I guess right now we're both in the same boat just a waiting game..

Hey John, my name is John also and I live in NM, if it makes u feel any better, I filed my stuff and received an NOA1 in April of this year and I did my biometrics in July but still havent heard anything back yet....still playing the waiting game...

Looking at ur timeline compared to mine gives me a lil breath of fresh air now...although we are working with 2 different countries I actually have something to look forward to and I can stop stressing for a little bit..u sent ur stuff in about a month ahead of me so I guess I am on course so I will cross my fingers and hope to get mine done in the next month and half or so....congratulations once again

I filed and got a receipt saying that my info was recieved in the California Service Center on April 9, 2007.. i did my biometrics on 7/14/2007 but still havent heard anything back from the USCIS...i see people are getting approved at the same time i filed but I have got nothing yet...wat the hell is going on...
guys, just wondering if how many of us who filed between april - june 2007 in CSC for 129F who did not receive any hard copy of NOA1?Let's count please...

Just curiuos and hoping someone or anyone can help me...I recieved my first NOA on April 9 of 2007 and just finished my biometrics on July 14th..how long will i have to wait to get some info back and to find out wat is next and when my fiance's interview will be...I understand the California Service Center is experiencing some delays and the they are processing papers from Jan 13 can anyone brighten my day or at least give me some info on this long process?.......

i have already taken my biometrics last month and i am waiting for my EAD. how many months will i be waiting to finally recieve my EAD?
As far as wat i went thru on the biometrics appointment i was in and out within 10 minutes..strictly fingerprinting and dat was the full extent of it..

I know fingerprints are the biggie; but what else?
FYI--USCIS made her appointment 1 month after I mailed the AOS package--it is Aug 16 in Atlanta. Maybe I did an adequate job with the paperwork........or maybe they are getting more efficient

Wat is the purpose of the biotmetrics and does that slow down the process for the I-129 for fiance visa and if not, how long after that will the fiance visa be done..I was notified that my fiance visa papwerwork is in California as of 4/06/07, but just curious cause i had a friend who had a biometrics appt after his wife got here..so there is some confusion, can anyone clarify please.
At the biometrics appointment, they take your fingerprints and picture. Good luck on your journey. -

As of today nothing yet, not even a touch...I officially filed April 9..and still havent heard a single word on anything..this is becoming very aggravating..
