Same situation: IR2.

my kids interview was on may 11. 

221g through email was sent to me. They ask us to send I864w. Which I did the same day. I’ve sent the documents they ask the same day. 

Documents sent: may 11

documents receive by usem: may 14

status update: may 14 AP

STATUS UPDATE: may 15 AP

STATUS UPDATE: may 16 still AP. 

Is there anyone here got same situation as mine? Thank you

Thanks all for the detailed info. I am on the same page. Just this morning my status was changed from “in transit” to “ready”. What should I do? I am still very confused. I am petitioning my 2 kids. How can I make an appoinment for them at the same time.. thanks much

Hi. So my reason was my eldest son is having a saparation anxiety and the doctors note proves it.

Hi. You should receive a notice via email that they will process your petition and it should take them 30 days nefore responding.

Mine was expedited. They mess up the papers though. I have filed for 2 expedited request since my eldest son is having a separation anxiety. So they approved my youngest son instead of my eldest son. So know waiting game again for them to respond to my email. So basically 1 is approved petition so far. My eldest still pending. I will keep you all posted.
