Can I file N-400 while I am traveling oversees?

Hello All,

My father surrendered the US Green Card in 2014 at an US Embassy. He would now like to get his Green card back and would like to come to US. Can he apply using SB-1 or it needs to be a new sponsorship process?

Isn't their continuous residency broken by remaining outside of USA for more than 6 months?

I have a question about the eligibility for my parents. They have completed the 5 year eligibility time but during the last last 6 months they went out of USA and weren't able to return within 6 months because of COVID-19. Are they still eligible to apply for citizenship or they again  have to wait for 5 years?

I left country on Feb 2013 and came back to USA in October 2014. After October 2014, I haven't left USA.

Under 4 year and 1 day rule, do I need to prove residency for last 5 years or just 4 years and 1 day. I had Re-entry permit and entered USA after 2 years  in October 2014. Can I apply for the Naturalization now. What proofs do I need to provide?

Answer 2- CC is case complete..Once your case is complete u will get the interview letter within a month then Interview.So Cc to interview is around 2months.Now depends on how busy your embassy is.
