What if i won't be able to present an annotated MC in SECPA and CENOMAR during the interview? I have the Court Decision, Finality, Civil Registration, etc.. the thing is NSO is giving me a hard time and i am really disappointed with the " oh so backward and corrupt system" ... My application for both documents have been paid, just awaiting the release. Thank you so much..

My fiance also sent the petition to Nebraska Service Center as instructed in the I-129f. Ours was sent on 23rd of Feb 2007 via USPS. In the USPS receipt it shows: this item was delivered on 02/26/2007 at 11:03 AM in LINCOLN, NE 68501 to F HEINAUER. So upon reading the posts, i assume that ours will be processed at the CSC instead. Hi there, i had the same question too and i wanna share with you the reply i got from one of the helpful and nice members here. Here it is:

my fiance just attach the annulment decision with annotation when he submit the K-1 APPLICATION FORMS..

The finality and the annotated marriage contract from NSO will show later in time of the interview..

I hope im not too late to give a reply..Anyway, i will also just be submitting the court decision as Divorce Decree, will just have the finality and the NSO later on for the interview at the US embassy..

We will be filing in Nebraska Service Center, for this part (USCIS service center address) do I have to put in USCIS Nebraska Service CenterP.O. Box 87130Lincoln, NE 68501-7130 ?

DATES:

Do I have to put in the date when I signed the documents ( like letter of intent and G-325A) or the date when my Fiance will file the petition? I will be sending him the documents on the 16th and it will reach him most likely on the 23rd. We can file on the 26th of Feb.

Part B. # 7 Other Names used ( including maiden name)- What do i have to put in here coz my name is Dahlia Toledo. During my previous marriage, i used the family name of my husband which is Mirandilla. I have previous documents with Dahlia T. Mirandilla. So, do i have to write DAHLIA TOLEDO MIRANDILLA?

For G-325A:

All other Names Used ( including names by previous marriages)

Should I write DAHLIA T. MIRANDILLA or DAHLIA TOLEDO MIRANDILLA?

Question # 2. Apt # ( if it's not applicable do we say none, N/A or leave it blank?)

Question # 6 Marital Status ( i will be annuled , do i click DIVORCED or SINGLE?)

Question # 7 Other Names Used ( including maiden name) What does this mean? and What do we put in here? My Fiance is divorced and I will soon be annuled.

Question # 8b A# ( if any) Do we just leave this blank or say None?

Question # 16 Native Alphabet ( can we just say None under the Name or do we have to fill out other entries with NONE like Number and Street, Town or City, State or Province, Country.

I am annuled with an 11 year old kid. My son will have K2 visa along the way coz he will be named in the petition. If my son doesnt pass the medical exam, would it affect the whole process? What will happen then? Also, for adults, what type of medical exam is required at St. Luke's? Kindly specify. Also, my fiance would wanna know to whom would the check be named for the petition filing fee? He will be filing at Nebraska Office. Which of the address does he use in sending the petition? coz there's a P.O. box and there's another office address. When do you think is the best time to file the petition? We plan to have it this December, if not in January 2007. Thank you and hope to hear from you guys.

The instructions are quite clear but the check is made payable to the "Department of Homeland Security" and if you are sending the package via the US Postal Service then it goes to the PO Box. If you are sending by another method (Fed-X, DHL, etc... ) then sent it to the physical street address. The best time to file is when you have all the documents ready.

Hi for those who have replied regarding my query about e-filing, thanks much.. I just can't find my way to reply since i'm a new member here.. Anyways, my new query is..i will be applying for a K1 visa and so my son will obtain a K2 visa since he will be named in the petition, right? Now, will the Consulate at the Embassy provide 2 separate forms for me and for my son? or just that one set for me will do? Also, i will be paying $100 for the K1 visa application, will i also have a separate payment of $100 for my son obtaining the K2 visa? Hope to hear from you guys..Thanks much in advance..
