Gosh my package returned because stupid me wrote the wrong date on the check. Should be March 16, I wrote May 16 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. The whole package returned with my check and they date stamped every single page of the i751 and all documents. Can I resend the same package with the new check or I have to complete new i751 with new documents and check?

I received my I-751 package back yesterday because I wrote the wrong date on the check. I have no idea why I wrote 5/16/21 instead of 3/16/21 🤦‍♂️.  The whole package returned with date stamped  on all pages on I-751and documents and indicated the following one of the page from USCIS.
 

-since your submission was rejected, it is not considered properly filled.

-you must meet all requirements as of the date of the new filing

-please review the relevant form instructions to determine if your new filing can be considered as timely filed.

My question is, do I need to complete the new I-751 form with all new documents or I can resend my original package with the new check?

They received mine on 4/17/21, as of now I didn’t get a text and my check still not cash yet.

Just received the NOA Approved today and indicated I have to wait 2-4 weeks to receive notification from NVC. Anything I need or have to do while waiting?

What I meant was how long it takes for the entire process. I have been told it takes 6 months for my Fiancé to be here. Now receiving the NOA already takes up to 6 months.

i received my NOA1 on August 30, 2017 and haven’t hear anything since than. Anyone know when or how long it takes to receive the NOA2?

I saw some cases completed within 4months, 6 months and some takes almost a year at California Service Center.  I thought they go by the application submitted date. Does anyone know how the processing works?

Thank you Limey! My fiancé is in Vietnam but somehow it keep on showing Armenia. I tired yo change a few times but still the same. 

What is a timeline for? Timeline asking NOA1 date. What is NOA1?

I submitted the i129f in August 2017 and received the i797C at the end of August. Until now, December 14 I haven’t hear anything back yet. I also checked the processing chat at the USCIS site. The updated processing chart as December 7th indicated current processing for May 1st. Is that meant I have to wait for another 4 or 5 months to hear something back? Thanks in advance.
