This may be a very basic question...but I would appreciate if anyone could help regarding address change while processing I-130.
My husband (Petitioner, US Citizen) and I (Beneficiary, Japanese) has started CR-1 visa process in December 2017. He recently left Japan and went back to the U.S. for good to start his new work. I found that there is a webpage on USCIS website to change address, but it seems that there is only for people who change their address within the U.S. not from oversea to the U.S.
Has anyone had a similar situation?
