Well i just spoke to a lawyer.Ver good one... he told me . He will Consider my case , and j=he will discuss the case with Timm and see what can be done.. But in meantime time im of radar <so if he file for i485 that can put my name there and that could be dangerous, Some other lawyers think once i file i485 i would be saved from deportation... so i kind of believe the good layer is right.

Well lawyers got me to this mess. 2 times I paid money orders for i485 but they never filed and just took the money. WHen i was immigration hearing Judge was going to approve i495 but there was application and blank money order .So judge called right there lawyer and asked him he said he can't remember the case. Most lawyers telling me don't worry , but that's what got me not to do it years ago. I hate it and I consider it a red flag .. now i'm having a meeting with 2 good lawyers so see what they are going to say. Once a lawyer tells me he doesn't know what 239.2 a 7 and 1239.2.c I know he is not a good experienced lawyer ..

Child support payments themselves are generally not a factor in immigration decisions, including I-485 applications, according to immigration attorneys. USCIS does not consider child support payments when deciding whether to grant or deny an immigrant's application for a visa or citizenship. The fact that you separated and pay child support does not automatically disqualify you from obtaining a green card .

This is wgat i found Yes, an I-485 can potentially be approved even if the I-130 was approved and the couple separated after the I-130 was filed, especially if the marriage was initially entered into in good faith. However, the separation, particularly if it occurred after the I-130 was filed, will be scrutinized to determine if the marriage was fraudulent at its inception. If the marriage was genuine at the time of the I-130 filing, the separation doesn't automatically disqualify the I-485 application. Additionally, if the couple has a child together, that child can also be included in the I-485 application, provided the child was born within the valid marriage.

Hi , Yes I tried. 5 years ago I was in contact with the Serbian Embassy in New York.. they were very nice to search for my citizenship but there is no evidence that I'm a Serbian Citizen . . Also contacted Belgrade which also could not find me in Serbian citizen files. I was born in Kosovo but all my life I lived in Belgrade, Serbia.. I was born In Kosovo but when The Military withdrew ( I guess you know about the civil war) they burned and replaced birth certificates, Pension Labor and all important documents.. I asked the Kosovo Embassy and they also stated that I need to contact Jagodina (a city in Serbia) they said I have to be present and it will take a long time to find if they are the because after 15 years after wrr most documents are destroyed. about what the documents should be. Kosova is saying i need few people who reside in Kosovo be present there and file for Kosovar residency and citizenship. By the way I spoke with my wife which is still fully by the law. My wife and we are talking about reconciling to get together again.. I have a meeting with one very good immigration Lawyer .. will see what she will say .

Well you jugoslawia has not existed since 1990 . iT split into 7 state independent countries. I'm not a citizen of Serbia though I still have an original yugoslavian passport with a port of entry .. Because I was not there and I never registered as a Serbian citizen .It took a few months to search and nope i'm not a Serbian citizen. because I was born in Kosovo but lived in Serbia all my life . When the Serbian military withdrew from Kosovo all documents were gone... I searched not Kosovo not Serbia has me in their citizens file. Yes, that's what I think .I need to talk to my wife about this again . List You helped me . I just hate when LAwyers tell me don't worry you will be Ok and slap me with a $3,000 bill to start the process again .

Yes i'm stateless .When the Military withdrew they replaced and burned all documents. so people didn't have any documentation. They had to re-register and prove that they are citizens of the country .Those who weren't there and did not register lost everything . I'm one of them. Being married for 18 years and having a beautiful kid isn't good proof that marriage is genuine. Well separating and back again together that's kind of part of life. . Having i130 approved and deportation proceedings dismissed . Does that help ..

Hi,jan 20 2010 my i130 was approved . immigration judge dismissed the deportation process.. My Lawyer did not file for i485 just took money and disappeared. second layer i give him money order for$1,140 his secretary took money orders and left gone.My mistake didn't file my name on money order. Since then, I'm still married to the same wife, have a daughter who is 15 years old. We separated and lived our own lives.I pay regular child support. I didn't file a new i485 course and got tired of immigration .... So now this situation and i'm hiring a good lawyer to file for adjustment of status. My country does not exist anymore. The system has changed 3 times. I'm not in their citizen register (stateless ) . I have an original expired passport with entry point i94 since march 1988. 15 years ago I was arrested for driving with a suspended license and did not know it was suspended ,the next day I fixed it. I need advice. So do I really need a good layer... ?
