Yes its mentioned the documents shiuld brought to the interview or sent to the NVC. After submition the documents nvc will review and inform me what is the status of my case

NVC send me first email with checklist on nov 30,2017. Their Requested documents were signed affidavit of support and civil documents copy( birth certificate). But after only 6 days NVC send an another email where they wrote "NVC received all requested documents for this case and the applicant is on queue awaiting for interview" although I have not send additional documents to NVC. My online case status show "at NVC " still now. I am worried. What should I do now?

I have called the nvc and they ensure me that my case is documentary compleate on Nov 29,2017. Today already 30 days crossed but nvc can not make a interview scheduled.
