Thanks for the quick reply. How about for the marriage certificate? I have International marriage certificate "Aile Cuzdani". This "Aile Cuzdani" is bilingual (French and Turkish). Should I translate this "File Cuzdani" into English for I-485 applicaiton?

How can I proof my marriage in English?

USCIS may ask RFE upon filing I-485 form adjustment of status. The reason might be if the beneficiary did not submit original birth certificate but instead "late registration birth certificate" along without 2 affidavits. I am wondering if "NUFUS KAYIT ORNEGI" that is given as birth certificate can solely be used as original birth certificate? Have you folks only submitted "NUFUS KAYIT ORNEGI" as birth certificate for adjusting your status "I-485"?

If only "NUFUS KAYIT ORNEGI" can be used then, have you got approval for your status adjustment? I would appreciate if you folks provide feedback with very outmost dated experience.

I have read "logisticamente" post. He is mentioning this "July 04 2017: Sent email to DOS requesting to expedite case".

Is sending email to expedite case possible or not? Is there fee involved for this?

Hi Folks,

I have seen image posted by "Poopahpoopah". It seems that DoS asked funding source memo from him after 2 months receiving his No Objection statement. I am wondering asking funding source memo is routine request or not? I also saw another case, again DoS was asking Funding Source Memo.

My No Objection statement was received by DoS on November 27, 2017 and I am wondering if they may give the favorable recommendation right away or not? What would be the current timeline?

I will be happy to hear if you have opinion/experience about it.
