I also entered the USA 5 times before I entered with a K1 visa and everything was on my I 94 history. When did you enter the last time before you entered with the K1 Visa? Was it a long time ago? But don't worry, as long as you have your most recent I 94 with the K1 on it you should be fine. That is all you need for the AOS.

We had the same problem. I came here with a K1 Visa (fiance visa) so I could not get in my husband insurance until we were married ( about 1 months). We decided to go with one of this " immigrant insurance travel companies" but like spi9959 already mentioned you really have to read the fine print. A lot of this insurances do not cover check ups, dental stuff or pre-existing conditions and there is often a limit of what they are paying. So if your husband needs to take some medicine regularly he should bring enough for 3 months ( the maximum you are allowed to bring) from Germany.
I even stayed with this insurance a little bit longer than I intended to because it was much cheaper than getting on my husbands plan ( his old company didn"t pay anything for spouses). But now he changed his job and his new company ( a German one :-P) is also paying the health insurance for me.

We paid the first fee (for the petition) in the USA ( a check in the application) . The second fee (for the visa) needed to be paid to the US Embassy in Germany. I needed to create an account on the website of the US. Embassy in Germany. To schedule an interview appointment I needed to pay first through this website. After I paid I got a code and with that code I could schedule an appointment online. There were different possibilities to pay. One was for example was to transfer money from one bank account to their account. In Germany you can not pay for K1 visas at the interview day anymore ( it used to be like that) you need to pay online before you can even schedule an interview! So if the country your fiance comes from has the same system as in Germany you could probably use your bank account to pay. It seems to be different in every country!

And you are probably missing Varicella(chicken pox).
That is right, you need a vaccine for chicken pox if you never had the disease. The most people in Germany had chicken pox as a child. The German Doctor in Hamburg said it is enough if I am 100% sure that I had the disease as a child and I do not need a vaccine or a test . Nevertheless I made a blood test at my normal doctor that showed that I have antibodies to show I had chicken pox. But of course in can be different in other countries! You should ask the doctor, where you do the medical examination, about that.

I went with Patriot America Plus. We didn't have too much time to look for one. But from everything we found this seemed to be the best, based on their prescription of course. I didn't need to use it so I can't tell you how good it is if you really need it.
