I sent email to NVC on November 30. Responsed from NVC: We just received your i-130 and we will contact you with in 8 weeks.

 

How about anyone else who PD around Jan 2017

Approved :September 12 

NVC : received my case Oct29

called them Friday and they told me to wait .

January 30th and nothing yet . I am hopping to get the approval by the end of the month !

My priority date is January 30th.

Still waiting for approval from California service center.
