Hi guys, 

so because of my situation and getting an interview date really soon, I called to book a medical and they told me they had no openings before my interview. But they can do it a day after.

Has anyone ever had their interview before their medical exam?

I'm assuming they’ve done that before ... or maybe started because of covid. Just wondering if I should be cool about it or inquire more? 

Because everything I’m reading says to get the medical beforehand.

My hubby is American, and I am Canadian.

We got civilly married in the states and filling out our forms to send in.

Do I need to change my name on my Passport, license, SIN card etc. Before sending it in?

We are sending in our marriage certificate which shows my maiden name and my now last name.

Any help is appreciated!

Hey! So Im Canadian, My fiancé is American. We do not want to apply for fiancé visa since im only moving down to the US once we get married, on October 13th, here in Canada. We want to start the process now. Can we submit a spouse visa now, (Even if we aren't married yet) knowing that by the time it'll get processed we will be married??
