hi i just received a RFE and is aking for "evidence of beneficiary's intent" this statement can he faxed or emailed to me from colombia or needs to be an original letter? theres its any other proof that i can summit adicional to this one to be sure??

Good day, can my wife apply for a citizen ship who has been a resident for more than 3 years but she has not received the permanent green card, she received the 24 moths extension letter.
