Yes, but my status is i485 pending they have not sent anything for i130. Have they sent you any update on i130 ? Or the just directly gave you pending interview ? Have you consulted any laywer ?

I tried putting my timeline in vj but did not worked out really good,

package received by uscis : 20th of june 2017 

biometrics : 1 August 2017

ead : 15th November 2017

then no updates after that.

Also one more question, my ead is about to expire after next 3 months if i apply now how long it will take ? Any one have exprience in dallas ? Is it ok to travel while submitt the application for renewal and still have valid old ead ?

Still the rule is same they will let go the H1 holder but I dont have staped visa so i need to get the AP, its 150 days since the application but still they dont have any kind of update... 

Ok so based on that i cant do the expedited processing right? Have you tried it before?

I have my cousin marriage in 10 days so thats why i am planning to do it, if you have experience with expedited ap then please share thanks.

I have H1b, but its not stamped on my passport and I am running through AOS. 

My queastion is : 

1) Can i go to my home country for stamping ? I dont have Advance payrole yet. please share your experience if you have been gone through. 

2) can i call for expedite processing ? please advice 

3) how long it take for AP to approve ? i have passed 70 days after rfe and 150 days after since i have applied.
