I am a born U.s Citizen and moved to Pakistan in 1999. Have not visited since. During my stay here, I got married 2.5 years ago and now have a 6-month-old son..My husband and I intend to go back to my place of birth now, as we believe our child can get a better life and education there. The career opportunities for the both of us are obviously better. I am a graduate with Human Resources as my major and my husband is an SAP consultant.
We both are qualified individuals. I however was not able to work due to the arrival of our son. I wanted to know what the best way would be to go forward with for the immigration procedure of my son and husband.
I do have friends and cousins there who would be happy to help with being guarantors for me. Kindly guide.
I have already filled the I-130 & I-130A for my husband and I-130 for my son. I also need clarification regarding where to file; do I have to post it? In addition, where do I submit the fee and do I fill it before or after filing the form? In addition, as I am submitting two I 130 simultaneously should I mention my husband in my sons form I 130 and vice versa.
