Hay guys I’ve been sent ref for California service center in 16 October and they’ve received at 17 October 

my question is that I’m not sure about that my wife have sent to right immigration adress 

can anyone sent ref please looks at that picture to see is that the right address or not???

so you should hear something very soon from they.

Not yet I’m worried about time line now new visa bulletin is moved aging forward until 22 September 2017 and im December 2016 filler  I still not receive anything yet

one is March 2016 and one is may 2017

my question is now my pd is earlier than may 2017 is that mean I can get next step without waiting for approval letter or what

They didn’t told you when they will moving forward because they stopped in August 23 since many months ago

 California service center is faster than Nebraska service center. My husband filled i130 on 27Nov 2016 and we received our noa1 on Dec5 2016 and we are still waiting for noa2. There is one thing, if your wife has filled i129F then it may delay the process as it has delayed our.

My wife is a Lpr and I’m Egyptian we got married her in Egypt in November 2016 then she filed form i130 for me and send it at 28 December 2016

i got my friest Noa at 7 January 2017.my case was transferred to California Service Center.and they’ gave me case number starts with wac170********.they said that they got my package and they working on my case.

now since that date we didnt got any notice of action yet its almost 12months 

I would be so thankful for any one share his experience with me please

But I have seen in the process time for lawful permanent resident filling for sopuse the date stoped at 23 August 2016 since long months ago 

why its not moving forward
