Yes. If there is wrong information with your application or requirements or they need additional proof of your relationship, they will notify you. Just prepare all you think they need if you have rfe, so, you can send it to them asap.

Because my petitioner wrote my name under dependent. Is it right?

I am the beneficiary..and i think we wrote wrong in this part of Biographic information...

It should be the Petitioner's Biographic ...right?

And also...we wrote wrong in the Biographic information..It should be my fiancee( petitioner) and not my info

Its under Multiple Filer Waiver Request Information, page 9 from I-129Form

We did not tick the 5.d says -Not applicable, beneficiary is my spouse or I am not a multiple filer). 

Will this be RFE for us?

Is it possible for my fiancee to send the corrected page to the USCIS without waiting for the RFE notice?

Did the US Embassy in Manilla really ask you for that special Thai Police certificate?  I think that one can only be issued to Thai citizens that apply in person, but I could be wrong - you should clarify with the embassy in Manilla.

Im no longer in Thailand anymore,my co teacher will do it for me,now i am completing the required documents,once im done i will send it to my friend in Thailand..hope it works..

I sent an email at Thai royal embassy and they gave me their site to get the requirements needed,.

Hope I passed the right ones..
