Hi everyone! I just received notification that my EAD/AP is being processed, I'm so happy that things are finally moving forward
!
I am curious about the restrictions that I apply to my advance parole. When we filled out the paperwork, we put an estimated date in the paperwork and a purpose for traveling, but I am wondering if I will be able to travel sooner, with a different reason. Does anyone know if this will be a problem?
Here is my timeline:
08/01/2017: case was received for travel and employment08/10/2017: Notice of action i485, EAD and AP
08/18/2017: biometrics notification
09/7/2017: biometrics
10/18/2017: Ready for schedule an interview
11/09/2017: New card is being produced- Mr Geminian and Stephanie B

Can I ask you something? We had our interview on 26/02/2018, at the same office as you, in Baltimore. The interview was good, but the interviewer did not approve the green card that day. He gave us a paper saying that they needed to review our case, and that we could have to wait up 120 days. I've checked my status every day and it still says "your interview has been scheduele". How did you make a service request? Did your online case change after you received your welcome later? Please, I hope you can help. I want to make a service request but it's been only 18 days since my interview.
