What if i turned 21 years old after one month of welcome letter or dates for filing applications .. i'm with my mother as derivative beneficiary F4 
My question 
will my age be lock in or freeze on the date of filing or when i pay IV Fees and submit ds 260 or on the date of interview please please i need help 
.. My birthday 4 March 1997 
Priority date 4 Dec 2004 
Approval date 7 Jan 2005

I'm with my mother f4 immagration my priority date 1/8/2004 i have paid iv fees and submit ds 260 before i turn 21 years old .. Now consalute in cairo send me the letter of the date of interview without my name ..Because i get 21 years ..My birthday is 15/6/1996 .. The approvel date was 1/9/2004.. Im still eligable or not !? What about cspa !?
