Sorry, what do you mean by "As needed"?

Hello, everyone!
After submitting DS-260, I was given a check list for civil documents, in which I am required to provide petitioner's marriage certificate. But the petitioner is single and has never married. Anybody has any idea what I shall do?
Thanks very much.

Thanks a lot, guys

I am filling out DS260, and checked “No” to both questions. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi guys,
My mom did receive some vaccinations, but can not remember whether there was documentation or the document was lost. So can I explain in this way? How will no documentation affect the application?
Thanks

I got the case No. and Invoice No. and paid immediately, but the "choice of agent" button is still grey. So I paid without completing DS261. Anybody has the same situation?

My long wait is over! My mom's visa has been issued yesterday. All that's left to do is wait for her passport and schedule her seminar and she's all set! I'm so happy and excited! My birthday is next week and this is the best birthday gift ever! <3 <3 <3
Congrats, jennnnnnnnnna. Wish your mother a wonderful life in the US.

Hello guys,
I am the sponsor and am preparing I-864. I feel confused as how to answer Part 6, 1.a.
I am a full time student, but meanwhile I am also working as a teaching assistant for several hours per week. |So I am employed or unemployed?
Thanks!

For I-130, you will receive notification. During NVC period, both of you will receive notification.

I received a email today and instruction of the nvc. Will do the 1st step and paid today.
Congratulations! I haven't received any instruction to proceed from NVC. It's already two and half months since my petition was approved. I am really worried, especially at the moment when the proposal of eliminating parents' immigration will be discussed.

Congratulations! My PD is May 24th. I wonder why the March and April PD’s haven’t been approved (on VJ) ? Did you call USCIS and chase?
Have you been contacted by NVC?

My concern is as I learnt what you put for 19.a.-c. should be the exact figures you reported on in your tax returns, if I have never filed a tax, is it inappropriate to put down any figure?
I am a little nervous about this form. Maybe I thought too much.

Being claimed as a dependent or not doesn't change your requirement to file taxes. At the same time, I'm assuming you did not make enough money to be required to file taxes, correct? If so, then you would check "No" and need to provide a statement that your income was below the minimum threshold required to file for each of the 3 years.
Thanks for your quick reply, and your assumption is totally correct as for the most recent three years, I only made 2,000-3,000 dollars each year. May I continue to ask if I check "No" for Part 6, 18.a., then for 19.a.-c., I should leave them blank or put my 2-3 k for each year?

Hello guys, I am the sponsor and am preparing I-864 and don't know how to answer Part 6, 18.a. properly
I have been claimed as a dependent in my parent tax returns and have never filed my tax independently. So what should I check here? Yes or No.?
Any help is appreciated.

Hello,
We submitted additional documents to US Embassy in TT. They call my wife saying we need a joint sponsor. She tells them I am employed earning the required income. Embassy tells her it doesn't matter because they asked for a joint sponsor when requesting the additional documents and "we can't go changing their rules." I was solely dependent on my SSD but came home to the states and started back to work. First of January I start a new job with the USPS making an additional $10k but my employment doesn't seem to matter to TT. If I earn the income to support my family, I don not need a joint sponsor. Can they tell us we need one?
Thanks,
Chris & Jill
If you have assets, you can consider to use them to make up the shortage of your income.

Good morning,
Hope everyone is doing great.
I am still waiting on a response from USCIS... they received the RFE response on 10/23/2017 and yet I have not received any answered. I call USCIS however they stated that they have up to 60 days... so the 60 days is until December 23, 2017.
So I am still waiting!
Thanks, Esperanza82. Good luck to all of us.

Hi everyone,
I got the approval letterof I-130 half a month ago, saying my petition has been sent to the NVC and they will contact the beneficiary. So I can call the NVC now for a case number and invoice Id or have to wait 30 days as instructed in the approval letter?
Thanks

May I ask after you providing the documents they required, the application will continue or you have to start all over again?
