Unfortunately, that's a question really geared at your embassy. I would presume you can do the DS-160, pay the fee, do the medical, and schedule the interview since it shows that it's ready to schedule, but I cannot say for sure on the processes for Turkey. Sorry. You can try posting that specific question question in the regional forum (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/95-europe-amp-eurasia-except-the-uk-and-russia/).

Thank  you so much for the information. I think  I will just wait for embassy  to send me K1 visa Instruction  letter..

    I have another question

My Fiancee (petitioner)  has a 3 kids but they don't live with her now.. she just lost the custody of them in  April.. and her kıds lives wıth theır father now .

She has been living  by herself for 5 months...

what my  fiancee   needs to  put  her  Dependents  Information  Part  on I-134 ?

Does she include her kids on the

    Form I-134 ?

  2. Hi Everyone

Our K1 vısa Petition was pproved last month and My fiance is is filling out  a I-134  Affidavit of support form..

Only the CO will be able to say for 100% certain based on all the evidence available to them, but it sounds like she will be fine.

Keep in mind that a W-2 shows past income...they want to see her current income. If she is still a wage earner right now, then the paystubs and employment letter will carry more sway to determine current income. Based on her current income being even higher now, I don't foresee an issue. :)

Thank you so much for the information.. seems  like we wouldn't  need a co sponsor.. and I just checked the CEAC status and  it says " READY" can I make the the appointment  for the visa interview  now.. or Should I wait for the  Embassy  to send me K1 visa Instruction letter?  59fd0f9f1400f_2017-11-0403_49_32.thumb.png.fcf31d6b4e0ddb59d4cd3176ddf132f7.png59fd0f9f1400f_2017-11-0403_49_32.thumb.png.fcf31d6b4e0ddb59d4cd3176ddf132f7.png59fd0f9f1400f_2017-11-0403_49_32.thumb.png.fcf31d6b4e0ddb59d4cd3176ddf132f7.png

The 125% level is a minimum requirement for the I-864 (for AOS or an immigrant visa).

The I-134 is a tool for COs to help assess the public charge concern of a non-immigant.

I am confused now.. according  to my fiancé's  last year's W2  which is 19.938 and she works full time now..and she lives by herself..  she is not qualify?  And Do we still need a co sponsor?

Will she earn a minimum of $16,240 this year?  That is all that is required for the support of a family of 2 for a fiance visa.  The amount goes up to $20,300 for the Green Card.

Sponsor's Dependents 100% of Poverty Guidelines
    (Fiancé Visa)
    125% of Poverty Guidelines
    (Green Card)
    2 $16,240 $20,300
    3 $20,420 $25,525
    4 $24,600 $30,750
    5 $28,780 $35,975
    6 $32,960 $41,200
    7 $37,140 $46,425
    8 $41,320 $51,650

My fiancé's Last year's  W2 shows that she has earned  19.938$ and she is working  full time and she lives by herself now.. hope I wouldn't   wouldn't  have any problem  in the interview. .

If her current income is sufficient for the CO as a means to mitigate the risk of you becoming a public charge in the US, then no co sponsor is needed.

Tax returns are one aspect to show income, but carry more weight in non-wage earnings (i.e. self-employment, commissions, tips, etc.). There are some embassies that look at this more carefully, and I don't know Turkey that closely, but it doesn't ring a bell as being the case here. Pay stubs and an employment letter are the key items for wage earners.

My fiancé's last year's income is insufficent.. but her latest pay stubs is high now and she will get two employement letters.. I think  her current income is enough  to support  me.. I hope embassy  wouldn't  care about that much..

  7. Hi Everyone

I am  a May  filer for  K1 visa .. our  Petition was  approved  in October  by  USCIS.   Now we are waiting to get a  case number from NVC. as a  Beneficiary  I started to collect necessary  documents.. Unfortunately accordong to  my fiancee's recent  W2  her income ıs insufficent to be able to be  fill out the affidavit of support ;  and so far we couldn't find a co sponsor...

but  My fiancee he has a two jobs now    and she has been working for full time for two months.. and she lives by herself .. I think she is making enough to support me..

I will have K1 visa Interview at US Embassy Ankara Turkey.  I am wondering if  my K1 visa application  would be denied if we don't find a Co sponsor ?
