My spouse is still living at home, because of financial issues.
For our AOS we have a co-sponsor, so that issue is solved, but now is the thing with proof of marriage, that we should live in the same household. I can not move in with the family, and he can not move out to live with me, because he can not pay rent and all of that, and my budget is too tight to pay for two.
Is this a valid reason to not live together?
Or will the immigration office be suspicious.I've heard people say that "just move in on paper at his house" but I know that messing with papers and lie is the worst thing you can do.
Does anyone of you have any experience with this? I would be so greatful.
