Hey,
I'm assuming that no September filer, whose documents are being processed in California office, have received any update at this point?
Thank you.
J/G
Haven’t heard about it yet from anyone from California service center

Can anyone decipher "Code 3" in last column on i797C ?
TIME LINE:

November 2016 - DS260 submitted
May 2017 - Interviewed in London

Code 3 (fingerprinting all 10 fingers+photo+sign) is a combination of both, when USCIS wants to get a security check done on you as well as generate card. -

i sent my documents for ROC
9/20
9/26 ups delivered
10/03 today they cashed the check for $680 and send MSC receipt number. anyone knows what MSC stand for or what does it mean? thank you
The NBC was founded in 2001 in Lee's Summit, Missouri and was originally called the Missouri Service Center (which is why receipt notices from the NBC will begin with the letters “MSC”). The NBC's primary mission is to prepare applications for adjudication that require an interview at a USCIS Field Office.

Technically, the immigrant spouse (the person who is not a US citizen) is both the petitioner and the beneficiary. Assuming you aren't using a divorce or death waiver, both people sign the application and the evidence should obviously reflect both of you as partners in the relationship over several years.
Both sign but who will sign as petitioner the person applying for ROC or his US citizen spouse?

Who will be the petitioner in i751 case
