Hi guys,

My wife a USC filed an I-130 and AOS for myself and is currently doing the same for my 11 yr old daughter but my question is do we file a different I-864 for my daughter or use the copy the one that was sent my package?  

Hi Guys,

So my Wife is a USC and we filed the I-130, I-485,AP, EAD  concurrently. However I have an 11yr old daughter who’s in USA with me that we also filed the I-485 + AP for but my daughters package was returned saying that we needed a copy of our original I-130 application, is anyone having the same or similar issue?

We are collecting photos but the fact that I don’t have have ss# limits me from doing so much and that’s what I’m worried about.

My wife and I sent off our AOS package last Friday and FedEx tracking says it will arrive tomorrow evening (Thursday November 2nd) So thought I'd start a new thread for anyone else who has a similar case...

My daughter and I entered on a B2 Visa in 2014, and my wife and I got married February 2017.

So we basically filed I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131 for myself along with the I-485 and I-131 for my 11yr old daughter with all supporting documents. I’m so nervous and worried hoping everything goes well.....🤞🏽
