Anyone got their Biometric Appt? Same case here. Have been waiting since August 2017 no appointment.
made an inquiry and got the same thing.
We are unfortunately experiencing a longer processing period than what is reflected on your Form I-751 Receipt Notice. Please know that your name has been electronically added to the appointment scheduler. You will receive an ASC appointment notice, by mail, once an appointment date has been established for you. "

Still haven’t got anything. I called and finally got the other case number, but it still says the same thing online.

Did yours go to CSC or VSC? Just curious.
Assuming CSC is California. Mine was through CSC.

I got the NOA1 on 8/1/2017. Called USCIS on 9/21, and got another email on 10/4 below:

Last call I had with tier II was also about traveling. He said I can just go to USCIS office to get a stamp on my passport if I want to travel.
