  2. It's me again, probably stupid question but i just want to make sure i am answering it right.

    On I129F question #10

    Check one:

My citizenship was acquired through - Naturalization

Please write down the Certificate # and date it was issued and a place

I have TWO number on my citizenship certificate. One says No #XXXX and the other one says

    INS Registration NO AXXXXX

    which one do i write?

Also the place that it was givent to me is US district court, eastern district brooklyn ny.......do i write all of that in? Obviously everything doesn't fit in so do i use an additional sheet?

Then it says " have you obtained a ceriticate of citizenship in your name" what the hell is that?

It says " check only one answer" but then it seems like i have to check on that one too + i obtained the citizenship through naturalization. So confusing :(

    Please :help:

use the one that is in red numbers

  3. I looked over the FAQ's and I'm a little confused on how the process goes after you get the NOA2. Somethings I've read on the state department web site say I have to fill out an application for an immigrant visa and pay 380 dollars, but I thought that the K1 was considered a non immigrant visa.It also says they need photo copies of her passport. For the choice of agent form does my fiancee fill it out with me as the agent? That guidlines on the NVC forum seem to be for I130 applications, do I follow those or is my path different? Thanks for all the help so far, I couldn't have done this myself without you guys.

    krzysiek k1 visa is 100$

  4. I got question about deposit in saving bank i dont really have lot maybe 1500 but i make 50k a year and have 20k in my 401k account you think thats enough or i need cosponsor???

Seems like you have a lot.....depends on how many people in ur house hold.....you can have up to 8

people in ur household and you would still be fine

ITS ONLY ME .....I DONT NEED ANY SAVINGS?

  5. On October 27th I recived an email that my I-129F case was approved and the NOA2 has been mailed. Today is 11/6/06 and I still haven't recieved the letter in mail.

Is there any importance in having the letter in hand?

How do you know when the case has been forwarded to NVC?

    Thanks for your help.

YOU SZOULD CALL NVC AT 603-334-0700 AND ENTER YOU RECEIPT NUMBER OF YOUR NOA1 AND YOU WILL SEE IF THEY GOT IT GOOD LUCK I GOT MY TODAY
