Ok there is my confusion, we are filing 129f a non immigrant visa for temporary admission to the us to marry within 90 days then adjust the status later. So thought it could be done at any embassy.

Can anyone tell me, does the Guadalajara Embassy do K1 Interviews or do you have to go somewhere else.

I also believe as long as you fill out your DS-160, pay the $265.00 Fee and Schedule you ASC, Medical, and Interview before the Expiration of your NOA2 then you will be fine. I have read on the Department of State Website that the Consular Officer will extend the date if necessary.
